GRIFFITH SWITCH is a central Texas band that formed in 2022. Band Members include:
- Johnny Lee Cowger (lead guitar/vocals)
- Stan Norman (bass/vocals)
- Scottie Payne (drums)
- Alan Roe (Lead Vocals/guitar/keys)
Over the years, GRIFFITH SWITCH has had the privilege of working & collaborating alongside of some amazing musicians and producers, such as... Torch Records, Chip Steele, Billy Joe Shaver, Eddy Shaver, Billy Roy & Heart of the Night, Cherokee Rose and more. These collaborations have helped shape the band's sound and push them to new creative heights.

The influences of GRIFFITH SWITCH are profound, with each of the four band members bringing their own unique backgrounds. Johnny Lee, originally a rock and roller, shifted to country and blues after moving to Waco and encountering Eddy Shaver, known for his work with Dwight Yoakam. Alan Roe is a very talented singer-songwriter, with 3 of his songs hitting #1 on the Indie charts. Much of his writing is inspired by the Eagles. Stan Norman, a session bass player from Waco, TX, has a rich history with various bands and musical styles. Scottie Payne, hailing from Grand Prairie, TX, draws from the early '80s hair bands, incorporating that flair into his country drumming style
